Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and its destination. Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Order Processing & Shipping
We work to prepare and ship orders as promptly as possible. Orders are shipped on business days via UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on your destination and the carrier's delivery schedule. Please keep in mind that weekends, holidays, severe weather and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been processed.
Please Check Your Shipping Address
Before completing your purchase, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional shipping charges.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the correction if your order has not yet shipped.
Damaged or Missing Packages
We take care in packing every shipment, but occasionally a package may be damaged or experience an issue during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a damaged product, or you experience another delivery problem, please contact us promptly so we can help. For damaged shipments, we may ask you to provide photographs of the package and affected products.
For information about replacements, refunds and other order issues, please see our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
